A Little Background:
More about Robert Scureman.
I'm studying UX Design principles to learn how to create projects that appeal to people and are intuitive to use.
I began my career as a response to life's demands. Knowing I had to support myself and my two kids, I dedicated my time to learning a new career path, in the hopes that it would bring us out of poverty, and help sustain us in the days to come.

Although this career path is very new to me, I am dedicated to finding a way to make it work so that we can survive and thrive in the future.
A Rough Timeline
2001-2008
Georgia Military College
through
Augusta State University
I spent my time between classes researching and writing essays and poems and all manner of formal papers.
2009-2018
Home Life
and
Finishing College
This period was spent mostly as a house-spouse. I had two beautiful children, kept the home, and finished classes as I was able. In the Spring of 2018, I was finally able to graduate with my Bachelor of Arts in English, having studied Creative Writing.
2019-2023
The Pandemic
I began to focus on my career and what I could learn to support my little family.
2023-Present
Transitions and
New Challenges
​I spent the next few years studying to gain my CompTIA A+ certificate, and am learning my Sec+ information now. I am also studying User Experience Design (UX Design) principles via Google's YouTube videos series, and I am mostly self-taught.
